This latest Trump-Russia leak smells like a coup attempt
But don't fool yourself into thinking this is OK or even tolerable. The bottom line is that we have some very powerful people in Washington who really don't like how democracy played out this time around and what they do to attack it next isn't going to be any better than what they're doing now.
This is a good explanation of why, despite my dislike of Trump, and not voting for him, am not happy with how things are going. In another thread, someone said that the passing on of information can't be immoral, but that is not true. When Snowden and Assange, etc pass on information they provide enough to allow people to make up their own minds. When the Deep State does it, it may not be true, or a mixture of true and false, or without any context. This doesn't excuse anything illegal someone does, but it should remind us to always be wary of leaks that come through the press.
Bottom line is that WikiLeaks, Snowden, and Manning want to enpower the public with knowledge, but the Deep State wants to use the public for their own gain.
